P. C. Lai was the Scholarship holder for both her doctorates (DBA and PhD in Management with Distinction) and the Head of Innovation and Business Development with UM Centre for Innovation and commercialization. She is also adjunct professor with a few universities. Her research areas include E-commerce, E-payment, Customer/Consumer Engagement Management, Technology Transfer as well as venture capital, IT and Security Management. She has won numerous Asia Pacific ICT awards and the only ASIAN voted 1 of Top 3 favourites at Next Bank Asia. Her mission is to build a positive environment and contribute to the Caring, Loving and Sharing (CLAS) society where dreams become alive with business ventures and the technologies that make life special.
